What Foods Can I Feed My Goldfish That Isn't Fish Food?

Hi,

I initially thought about feeding worms from my back garden to my one goldfish but i didn't know if I had used weed killer or any nasty substances. are there any foods that are a good source of protein that is safe for goldfish?

Any idea?
